Why does this exist?
I worked for a web hosting company in the technical support department and now train new individuals
entering that occupation.
I created this site originally because I use a lot of online tools both to troubleshoot issues and to
help callers.
The internet provides resources that help both the client and technical support to view the same thing.
If we can both see why a site is not working and where the site owner can go to find the help they do
need if it is not something within the parameters of assistance provided by the web hosting company.
Here I have provided information and resources that answer the majority of the questions I was asked on
a regular basis. If you see something that is not covered here, please let me know and I will add it.

2 years after the start of this site, I am now restructuring this site to be aimed at answering
