Clearing Cache / History
From the Tools menu,
Choose Privacy
Move down to Clear Data
You can click on the items you wish to clear or clear All
From the Edit menu,
Choose Preferences
From Cache
You can clear the cache from the network
Changing what the browser is allowed to run/display (images, flash, pop-ups)
From the Tools menu,
Choose Privacy
You can toggle checkmark the items that you wish to block
Be advised that blocking something may prevent you from view websites properly
From the Edit menu,
Choose Preferences
From the Content Filters,
You can choose what type of ads or pop ups you do not want to receive
From JavaScript,
You can change the settings for JavaScript enabled Pop Ups

Choose Preferences
From the Privacy and Security
If you share your computer with someone else/ use a public computer, and you have not set up profiles,
you may not want your personal passwords stored
If you click on Manage Passwords, all passwords can be viewed in plain text
You can also manage your cookies here
Changing the home page
From the Edit menu,
Choose Preferences
You can type in a new URL for your home page here
You can have a separate configuration for new tabs you open
To make the current page your home page
From the View menu
Choose Home
Click Make This Page your Home Page
Viewing the Source Code of a file
From the View menu,
Choose Source Code
The system will autolaunch the source code for the website

From the Edit menu
Choose Configuration
K-Meleon is a highly configurable browser and allows you to set up multiple users/profiles
From the Sessions menu
If you have a set of websites you use often in conjunction with each other you can open those pages
Then save the session
You can then open that specific set of websites by loading the saved session
From the Tools menu
You can configure K-Meleon to work with your default Email client to auto launch your email
You can do the same with RSS feeds
