ACE FTP 3 Pro Tutorial:
From the File drop down menu, choose Connect
Select New Site Profile if this is a new connection.
Site Description can be anything
Server is your FTP host, usually your domain name or IP address
User ID is your FTP user name
Password is your FTP password
Click Next
Enter Local Folder- Click the small folder icon to select the folder containing the files you will transfer
Enter host folder- some hosting companies have a public directory where you will upload your files
Click Finish
Click on the Site profile to connect to it
Files can easily be moved by simply selecting the file you want and either dragging it to the other side or using the arrow button to tell the computer to transfer information from one side to the other
Once the status shows Transfer Complete. Your file has been transferred.
From the File drop down menu, choose Disconnect
