Flash FXP 3.6.0 Tutorial:
From the drop down menu under Session, choose Quick Connect
Server or Url is your FTP host, usually your domain name or IP address
Most systems use port 21
User Name is your FTP user name
Password is your FTP password
Remote Path is if you want to connect to a specific directory on the remote server
Some hosting system require files to be uploaded to a public directory to be viewable
Click Connect
Files can easily be moved by selecting the file(s) dragging and dropping them from one side to the other
Hurray! The file has been copied to my remote web server
For a list of commands for file manipulation, right click on the file
When ready to end the connection, choose the icon that looks like 2 cords disconnected.
