     If you have never created an email account in Mulberry, the Preferences will auto launch
If you already have an email account setup, to add another
From the mailbox menu choose Create

     Real Name can be anything you want it to be
Email should be your entire email address
User ID is in many cases your entire email address. Some email providers use just a user name rather then the full email address.
Enter the Incoming (POP3) email server your email provider lists
Choose the type of email account. POP3 or IMAP
Enter the Outgoing (SMTP) mail server your email provider lists
Choose how often to check for email messages
If the system should remember your user ID and password and if you want to leave a copy of your messages on the server
You can also create a signature here
PLEASE NOTE- PORT NUMBERS ON MULBERRY CAN NOT BE CHANGED FROM THE DEFAULT PORT SETTINGS
You can Click OK if finished. If you need to change authentication or SSL information, choose Advanced

In the Secure drop down you can choose to use an SSL connection type.
