Bullet Proof FTP 2.61 Tutorial:

     Site Name is your FTP host, usually your domain name or IP address
Username is your user name
Password is your FTP password
Click CONNECT when all information has been entered.

     Files can easily be moved by dragging and dropping from one side to the other
Files and commands such as rename or delete stay in the "Action queue" until you process the commands

     When you are ready for the files to move, under "Commands", choose Execute

     Hurray! The file has been copied to my remote web server

     By Right clicking on a file or directory, I have a list of options.
I can rename, delete, change permissions or view the file.
