What you need to set up your email. |

Open the Incredimail program If you have not yet set up an email account, the account wizard will launch. If you need to add an account or make changes to an existing account, go to Tools and select Accounts. |

When going through the account wizard setup Enter your name. Enter your email address |
|
|
Choose the type of account (POP3 /IMAP etc) Enter the incoming mail server Enter the outgoing mail server |

Enter the account name or full email address Enter your password Click Finish |

| Congratulations! Click Ok |
|

Set the specific configurations or make changes to an existing email account Click TOOLS Select Accounts |

| Select the email account and click Properties |
|
|
The general tab should list the account name, Your name, and the email address You can set the email address to reply from a different email account |

Click the Server Tab This is where the incoming or outgoing mail servers can be changed If you need to change the password for your account You can set Authentication for the outgoing server Click on MORE SETTINGS to set the authentication |

| The default is the same as the incoming mail server |

Click the Advanced Tab Set the ports for incoming and outgoing mail Set the junk filter and if you want to leave a copy of the email on the server |
